1. Turmeric: Add half a tablespoon of turmeric to a cup of warm water; drink two to four times a day.

2. Ginger: Drink ginger tea two to four times a day.

3. Cress seeds: Beat well and soak in a cup of boiled water and drink after 10 to 15 minutes three times a day.

4. Mint: Add half a teaspoon of mint oil to a cup of warm water or a tablespoon of dried mint or 15 mint leaves to a cup of warm water, and drink after 10 minutes.

5. Chamomile flower: Boil three tablespoons of dried Chamomile flower in three glasses of water for a quarter of an hour. Drink two or four times a day, one hour before meals, after diarrhea, or stomach pain.

Persistent diarrhea if lasts less than a week is due to an epidemic, eating contaminated, and expired food, and persistent diarrhea for more than four weeks is due to colitis and digestion problems.
