Pomegranate:

Pomegranates are one of the best winter fruits and contain a lot of antioxidants. Eating pomegranates can cure heart problems, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol levels, and prevent heart attack and heart failure.

According to research, drinking pomegranate juice can destroy fat in the blood vessels, thus reducing the risk of stroke.

Cabbage:
