Kurdshop - A Kurdish youth won the Asian Arm Wrestling Championship held in Dubai for the seventh time.
The Asian Arm Wrestling Championships were held from April 29 to May 4 with athletes from 19 countries, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
According to the results of the competition, a Kurdish athlete from Kazakhstan named "Abdulmanaf Tuzuev", for the seventh time in both right-handed and lefthanded wrestling up to 85 kg weight category became the Asian champion.
Kurdish athlete Abdulmanaf Tuzoev became a world champion three times before.
Abdulmanaf Tuzuev was born in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and is 24 years old. He has been involved in wrestling since he was young and has won several titles and achievements at the regional and international levels:
- Tuzoev won three world titles in 2019, 2021, and 2022
- From 2017 to 2023, he won seven Asian championships in seven years.
- From 2017 to 2023, he won the championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan seven times.
- Two-time Asian Open champion in 2017 and 2021
- From 2017 to 2023, he won the Almaty, capital of Kazakhstan, championship seven times.
