Some members of the "Independent Youth Platform" held an action called “Oath of Living in Kurdish” in Sheikh Saeed Square in Amed on Sunday. They said that this activity will be held in stages, in different numbers, and different cities of Kurdistan, so that all Kurds in all areas of life speak their language.
"Independent Youth Platform" in part of their notice about the purpose of their action says: “This action will bring a new life to our sworn friends! Now we are starting to build an alternative life and this alternative life will be announced in all its aspects through other forms of shaming activities for all of our nation and the international community. In other words, we shame the life of the system imposed on us with our new life. Our whole life becomes an activity of shame, life becomes resistance, alternative life becomes passive resistance against the system!”
