Mohammad Duman, a famous musician, was the first musician in Kobani to intoxicate listeners with the pleasant melody of the strings of his violin. His songs were such that for days and hours in the rooms played folk tales of laughter and pain, with the voice of Baqi Khido. He is a well-known name in Kurdistan. He is a treasure of Kurdish art and music.

Mohammad Khalil Ghazi or Hamad Duman's family is originally from the Pirde area of Kirkuk, South part of Kurdistan, but the family appeared in Kirkuk seven generations ago and migrated to the Sruj plain and Kobani region. Hamad Duman was born in 1929 in the town of Sheran near Kobani. In 2014, when the terrorist group ISIS attacked Kobani, he was forced to move with his family to the northern part of Kurdistan and settled in Konya.

Through music, a good relationship and friendship developed between him and singer Baqi Khido. Baqi Khido sang for hours with his soft throat songs such as "Darwish and Adul, Banafsha Narin, Mame Alan, Tayar and Khazale," etc., and Mohammad Duman spread a sweet melody over Mishtanur and the Sruj plain with his violin. He learned to play the violin from an Armenian violinist. Dozens of folk songs such as “Ayshe Ayshe, Haso Haso, Gula Zar, Aman Aman, Khbshe, De Rabe, Le Yade, Lore Lore, Lor Ke, and Dalal Ayshe” have also been sung alongside his violin and have sung dozens of folk songs for weddings in the area.
